This site is dedicated to Benilda Caixeta, my dear friend, a loving daughter and sister, colleague and inspiration to us all. So much can and will be written about Benny on these pages, but nothing can do justice to the remarkable person she was and remains in our lives. Kindness, intelligence, grace, humor and courage are indicators of a quality person; Benny had all of these with abundance. She was never one to shy away from a challenge or stand firm in her beliefs. Her example and beauty blessed all of us and it is my hope that these memorial pages will offer a glimpse into the life of a woman who lived with dignity and loved with abandon.
